5. Added some general skills and exclusive skills
6. Arena and tournament skill plans are independent from personal plans

5.29 Update
Adjustments to Positional Warfare:
1. All warship skill levels in positional warfare are synchronized to level 10
2. Positional warfare BUFF is refreshed 30 seconds after collection (old BUFF is removed)
3. Positional warfare BUFF refresh location is random
4. Positional warfare BUFF pickup time is adjusted to 15 seconds
5. Positional warfare map range is appropriately expanded
6. Attributes are increased by 5% for each death in positional warfare, up to 30%
7. Durability of positional warfare repair station is reduced by 50%
8. Positional warfare time is adjusted to 30 minutes 閲讀正文

3. Mechanism adjustment: Control skills [glitch][load][overheating] cannot continue the number of rounds.
4. Mechanism adjustment: [Tactical Burst] cannot allow skills with a preparation round number of 1 to burst after [Superconducting]
