QooApp Community Rules

Hello, OtaQoo!
I'm Mr. Qoo. Recently, many OtaQoo have informed us about the presence of inappropriate notes, comments, messages, and Game Cards on the platform. Additionally, several OtaQoo have faced penalties due to violations.

To maintain order on the platform and clearly communicate our principles in handling these issues, we have published these community rules. These rules will help everyone understand what is acceptable and what is not.

Let's work together to uphold the integrity of our community!

I.  Sexually Explicit Content

1. Do not post content that violates good customs, laws, or causes discomfort to others, including text, images, videos, or links. Any such content reported or discovered by administrators will be promptly deleted.
2. For swimsuit-related images with more nudity but not reaching R18+ content, please use the NSFW tag appropriately.
3. Do not share images, videos, or links related to real individuals; however, there are no restrictions on Cosplay or content related to the anime/game .
4. Images that are more likely to evoke imagination but do not meet the R18 standard, such as pictures that excessively emphasize specific body parts and Cosplay with clear suggestive elements, will also be removed.
5. Absolutely prohibited: any child pornography-related images, videos, or links. Any reported or discovered instances will be promptly deleted, and the account will face penalties, including a ban, for violating the rules.

ＩＩ. Horror/Violence Related

1. Do not post content related to bloody, violent, bullying, self-harm, or similar behaviors, including text, images, videos, or links. If there are scenes in anime/games that may cause discomfort to other users, please use the NSFW tag appropriately.

ＩＩＩ．Political Content

1. Posting political-related text, images, videos, or links is strictly prohibited. Any such content discovered will be promptly deleted.

ＩＶ．Use of External Links and Trading Related Content

1.Profiting from others' materials without the original author's consent is strictly forbidden.
2.Providing profit-oriented services to QooApp users, including but not limited to paid tutorials and VPN sales, is prohibited.
3.Offering cracked versions, modified versions, or cheating tools is considered infringement and is strictly prohibited.
4.Unauthorized reposting of content or content that violates QooApp community guidelines, verified through user complaints, will be promptly deleted.
5.QooApp prohibits account trading, account exchange, and similar activities. Any instances discovered will be deleted.
6.QooApp prohibits any transactional activities. If personal transactions outside the platform lead to individual losses, QooApp does not assume any responsibility.

Ｖ．Impersonation-related Behavior

1.Impersonating QooApp official staff or other users to maliciously spread false information is strictly prohibited.

ＶＩ．Social Behavior-related

1. You can post group recruitment, guild recruitment, friend recruitment, and other articles, but high frequency posting causing spam is prohibited. If complaints are received due to excessive posting frequency and it is verified to be true, the posts will be deleted.
2. Prohibitions against multiple accounts from the same device or IP address publishing duplicate content leading to spamming.Upon discovery and verification, the content will be deleted, and the account along with its device will be banned.
3. Prohibitions against engaging in behaviors of malicious defamation/harassment towards other users, QooApp administrators, and game developers.
4. Prohibitions against spreading the private information of other users, including private info and accounts on other social media platforms.
5. Prohibitions on posting religious related images, links, and videos within the QooApp community. Memes related to the Anime/game content are not subject to this restriction.
6. Interfering with QooApp servers, using bots, exploiting bugs, and engaging in any improper behavior are strictly prohibited.
7. Posting irrelevant or meaningless text content for the purpose of spamming is prohibited in the game feed.
8. Comments, notes, reviews, and game cards must not contain any content that incites conflict. In the event of such incidents, after receiving a complaint, the account may be banned, and the content will be deleted.

ＶＩＩ．Malicious Reporting Related

We welcome all users to report violations, but malicious reporting is prohibited. Malicious reporting includes, but is not limited to, the following behaviors:
1. Reporting content or users based on personal preferences or personal grudges, without any actual violation, is considered malicious reporting and is not allowed.
2. Reporting content or authors based on their religious beliefs or sexual orientation, without any actual violation, is not allowed.

Having read the information above, every OtaQoo now understands what is permissible and what is not. If any OtaQoo comes across inappropriate notes, comments, reviews, or Game Cards, feel free to use the report feature to inform us.
