The Lord of the Rings Anime Film

Have you ever thought of one day that the classic story The Lord of the Rings being adapted into an anime? Well, it's a reality now! Last year in June, a film studio New Line Cinema announced an anime prequel film The War of the Rohirrim based on The Lord of the Rings series. . This new film is set 250 years before the Lord of the Rings film trilogy as a prequel. The production is in conjunction with Warner Bros. Animation and Kenji Kamiyama, a renowned Japanese anime director who worked on several famous projects like Haikyu, Ultraman, Ghost in the Shell...etc.
Two days ago it was confirmed that the film will premiere in April 2024, and also revealed concept art. It still got 2 more years to go, but that'll be interesting I reckon!
