Either my ISP or them, blocking my ISP, I just unable to get past the 403 error. Even with VPN.
So I thought on pre-reg EN version, but it also not available for my COUNTRY.

I can love what I love.
Others can hate it all they want.
That is how our internet world is, real life, even.
I see a certain 'P'alooka seems to unable to enjoy it, so I checked the profile, and this person seems to be an opposite of me: not that would a problem thou, if anything.
But pushing the self RIGHT and CORRECT, is like saying JUSTICE while killing just anyone. That is where the problem lies.
I personally find no serious fault on this game, not like its no fault at all; but if anything, I still enjoys it.
Sure, I won't deny that it hurts when others dissing what we like; but if one is truly matured, I am sure they mostly tolerant to such naive behavior... 'Get used to it' -if I were to borrow someone's words.
Anyway... Just give the game a try if the chance comes; if its not enjoyable to you, it is fine to give it 0 ratings, even. Sure, sharing an opinion is fine and all, but please, at least try not to rub it on the others.
And I hope you'll find a different game that close enough to this, which you could enjoy. 노트 열어보기

Never able to get in-game dl
The loading keep being 100% loaded everytime I launched it, but never show any sign of downloading anything regardless of what connection I am using.

or to be exact; not able to start the mission after the 'robot arm changing' tutorial in phone version?
The PC version seems to not allow me to start. Wonder if I could bypass it if I can use DMM account on phone version.
