After tutorial
Toward the adjacent enemy, the melee heroes did a 20 tiles U-turn before attacking it. I'm too dumb for a strategy game like this.

Login error
In case you stuck on Clara(?) loading screen
*for smartphone user
1) Just like others said, clear your user data from 'Setting > Manage apps > Clear all data (not uninstalling the app)
2) Open the app & authorize login again.
For my case, after authorize my screen stuck & slightly blinking. Force close the app (& close the apps tab too)
3) Relogin & download package (maybe about 260 mb). In my case again, the language reverts back (to chinese) & my main page back to Harang. Just set it back to your preference then. Read Note

What will happen with summon count for this banner type? Be reset or be brought over to next banner?

White screen courtyard
If you have white screen problem, just right when you're directed into courtyard (shadescreen), do repeated tap randomly on the screen (except for courtyard area) until you're not directed anymore (screen becomes all bright) & don't try to click courtyard ever because it's still not fixed. Hope this solution works for others too.
