First: Reimu is the current rate up banner, the game will rotate for another 3* or a new character banner rate up next, we will see
Second: The normal banner gives you a guarantee one 3* the first x10 you roll, be sure to do that.
Third: Noticed your characters have two bars of 4 slots each? Those are (in descending order) Card and Equipments, you can ONLY GET THEM FROM DAILY/SPECIAL QUEST(It's called Challenges in Japanese) or in game Redeem Store(Which requires you to do PvP or join a Guild and donate) or get 50 Empty Gold cards to buy specific 6 star cards you want for your character (50 Silver for a Random card box)

Equipments does not benefits from that, it does have clothing, accessories, weapon and headwear seperated just like other Mobile games Read Note
