EDIT: Not sure what cause it  Sometimes I can log in, sometimes I can't even when I turn on VPN. If you search at Twitter #リィンカネ there are some people in the same situation, and most of them are foreigners...Still no official words yet, but most likely it's a IP ban for overseas players
