TL:DR; Put MJ & Oreo Sakamoto Ryōma & Oryou in your party ASAP! Complete missions, get spawn CEs, hunt Nobus. Enable sound.
To unlock copies of Ryōma:
Defeat 160 Golden Nobu.
Defeat 15 Gigantic Enemies (I.e., they need to have DANGER near the class icon)
Defeat 10 Servants with Endurance A or above
Clear All Quests.
Clear the Epilogue. 
To get ascension materials for Ryōma:
Control All Umber Territories
Defeat 20 Silver Nobu
Defeat 80 Golden Nobu
Defeat 10 Asian Servants  Read Note
