wew that was easier to get compared to the 1st event ._. but it's weird that I can neither level nor increase the chances for this card. Will have to wait for more twitter/event updates or get more copies to enable it.

After so much grinding, finally got the 1st 4* event card wew..
Ginsei event 4* is a score card (eventho it only last for 5sec) so it's still recommended to get it!

I'm actually quite curious on the linking bond of characters. If card A (UR rarity) links with another specific card B (UR rarity) for (extra dmg/ crit for example), will it be better compared to linkage of card A (UR rarity) with the same card B (but SR rarity)?
