Easy Bully game plan:
1. Buy the 500 gem stand
2. Put your staff as shown. with the weakest staff in the middle (Lee in my case).
3. Continuously hit Lee with Hammer/Fan. You dont have to worry about staff go hay ho anymore.

To reroll, constantly annoy 1 of your employee in the tutorial stage. Your goal is 100 broken hearts for a 50 gem achievement so you can do 2 rolls after tutorial (you get 1roll ticket from daily gift).
