so. fellow android users. still unable to get into the app. android 11 on my phone - samsung galaxy a10e. & android,, 7 ? on my tablet. it worked perfectly fine before but the update just destroyed it on both </3 very upset yknow ive spent more than $1k on this game, $4k between both games and i still have paid dias on my enmusic account ? i hope it gets fixed because i was not prepared to drop the game anytime soon.
please be careful with the crashing as well, its causing my battery to drain so much faster with all that its been doing, and im guessing it might happen to others as well. Read Note

help needed </3
hi so ive been trying to get helios to work since it came out, havent gotten much sleep lol so um... any help is appreciated !
ive tried multiple things to get the app to work but all have failed so far:
1) install through qooapp, however this leads to a message saying the game couldnt connect to google play
2) change/turn off developer settings, this didnt change anything for me, it actually just made it crash faster
3) install on my tablet, it also didnt work and kept getting the message " heliosr keeps crashing/ heliosr has crashed "
4) jp google acc through vpn, this i just tried recently, as in 15 minutes ago, but also failed. im getting the same error messgae many jp google play users are also encountering.
my phone is a 9.0 originally, but is fully up to date so it runs as an android version 10.0. its a samsung galaxy a10e. my tablet is a samsung galaxy tab a, its android version is a 7.1.1.
if anyone else knows a way to install and play or if anyone knows why this problem is occuring and if itll be fixed (whether it be a problem with my phone/tablet or just a general problem with google play nd the playstore or something else), please let me know ! it would be greatly appreciated.
