As I was listening to the anime songs playlist, I got curious about the singers of those songs. Then I realized that there were actually a few opening or ending songs were performed by Korean singers instead of native Japanese singers. It's kind of interesting to see how the music could bond people among different areas.
I once heard people say that Japanese and Korean languages are quite similar, so you can spend less time learning the other if you already know either one. Maybe that's why Korean singers sound good on Japanese songs. Of course, the business strategies also encourage Korean agencies to put more effort into the Japanese market.
