Today we celebrate the birthday of Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka! Without him choosing to spare Nezuko's life in the first episode, we wouldn't have such a great story to begin with. Being touched by the way Tanjiro reacted to her sister, he gave them a chance and had Tanjiro find his teacher Sakonji Urokodaki. Also was willing to break the rules of the Corps and protected Nezuko from being killed by Shinobu while trusting she was different from the other demons. Happy birthday Giyu!
