#GoodGameFeatures Immersion(narrator, lore, story) is a must, without it, game is bland. For example, if a game give players a view about the game, player more likely to stay and enjoy the game, and more entertaining to follow the story, while some game MMO now have auto-mode, it ruin immersion, and make player more decline in diving deep into the game and focus more on meta. but for some game, they add a third-person conversations to hint upcoming events but poorly execute it, make it feel like an annoying spoiler (─.─|||

If there's one feature that defines a good game then it's a good gameplay with comfortable and easy to understand controls. Art direction, graphics, story and music also important, but meaningless if game is in unplayable state.
What makes game bad though:
1. Bad controls
2. Asinine amount of grinding
3. Blunt political statements of developers in otherwise apolitical game
3.5. Any political statements of game developers aimed against part of their playerbase like raising prices in specific currency or forbidding game in some regions. Not like it'll somehow change anything aside from game's profit, а осадочек останется ●︿●
4. Game breaking or progress deleting bugs and updates
5. For a mobile or browser game - lack of ability to bind game to Google or, at the worst, email account. Why do they insist on binding to Facebook or Twitter?

Vary on each gernes and players, even you think of a feature that good for some games, It may cause them downside (such as: not suitable for this gerne, increase device requirements, etc....)
In my opinion, I prefer these features:
- Optimize graphic so that I can play on most devices (I don't really prefer AAA graphic games)
- Improve QoL (quality of life) in some games required "hell" grinding such as: skip stage, increase drop reward, auto-farm when offline, ...
- Say about payment, there're many games that try to suck out your "wallet" in many way and obviously most F2P players hate that. So balancing between P2W and F2P is really hard, there're my suggestions (imo):
+ With PvP using units, all players can have maxing out units and only require strategy to beat.
+ Reduce sale ads pop-ups (really annoying), put some good free gifts for starter to keep up the game quickly, held events that let all players get everything exclusive in them without paying much (but of course Dev can set some paid items to proceed faster),...
+ Put some paid bundle/packs had fair price and made them at least useful in game progress.
+ If required stamina to farm, need to reduce time to recover stamina, reduce stamina cost on certain stage, scheduled to give out free stamina.
+ Don't put any status on Skin
- With gacha games, I hate mixed banner the most (a banner include all random item/memo/assist/gear/units). It is just improving difficulty to pull something you need, and maybe, only pay or "pity" system may help you if your luck is not that good. So just please separate each banner base on its purpose.
- With MMORPGs or exploration RPG type, don't put everything on gacha, at least you can get all of them via farming (of course they will be abit harder to get
- If having nothing to do, I prefer adding few minigames to keep up entertaining
- Say about storyline, Auto feature is great for someone too lazy to tap/click endlessly on screen, and if releasing Skip feature, at least you need somewhere to set there stories can be re-read.
