Hear ye, hear ye, I have finally gotten the two of them with two days to spare.
I had to commit chips suicide by spending all my chips to get them since, thanks to the typhoon, we had no electricity for like, three days. Therefore, I had to climb up the mountains and spend a limited time there to get internet.
Anyway, since I didn't know when the electricity will be coming back, I had to pool in a total of maybe 2.5k chips or less(since I am still doing the dailies and the tasks which lessen my chip consumption).
