Raising Tips

any tips for the stats I need to raise for this girl??? it's hard for me to have her take first place at raising story... which stats should I focus for her so she can easily took first first place?? as there is the conditions where she have to be at top 3 to be advance the story but I can't pass it as I always placed 4th or 5th... please help!!!
