Should you summon on the Top Legendary Summon: Vegeta (Angel) and Majin Vegeta Banner??

Dear #GlobalDokkan players today we will discuss whether you should summon on the new Legendary Banner that features LR Vegeta (Angel) and Majin Vegeta(OG).
Let's look at the banner:

Simple Answer: NO ABSOLUTELY NOT. the banner is trash all the units except the main featured LR's are trash nothing to really expect from 
them.

Long answer and Reasons:
One of the main reasons is of course the banner is hot garbage. Secondly, I hate the fact that they added OG Majin Vegeta in the banner
because if you get a hype animation it will be 50-50 on which LR you get (Excluding animation: Zeno, Goku Black Rift, Whis) don't get me wrong 
OG MV LR is awesome and he got the new reworked normal super which is so clean and polished BUT we all know you want the main new 
PHY Vegeta(Angel). Third, you have to really go deep on the banner to have a decent chance of getting the units (I will go more onto it below).

Now let's take a look at the new unit and see what my rating is to it (please feel free to click off the note)

SSR art

LR art both arts are pretty cool 

let's quickly move to Leader Skill without wasting time:

Leader skill is definitely solid although not 170% its fine remember it's the unit's overall power that counts lol.
Rate: 8.5/10

Onto Super attack the First Version:

Raises DEF for a turn and Colossal and Mega Colossal damage only thing that sticks around is colossal and mega-colossal raises DEF for a turn is
just... well I guess OK.
Rate= 7/10

Now to Brand new feature Unit Super Attack:
*** MASSIVE IMPORTANCE PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE A MAJIN BUU SAGA "GOKU" IN YOU TEAM PLEASE< IT'S REALLY
IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT THE BEST OUT OF THE VEGETA***

This super attack is pretty easy to get well that is if you have a "Goku" Majin Buu saga on the rotation around with PHY LR Vegeta (Angel)
because... you will see in Passive. anyways now this Super attack or should I say Unit Super Attack is pretty solid, you get the raised 
ATK and lower defense, not too crazy but Solid yea. 
Rate: 10/10 because of the new feature and is actually decently placed.

Onto Passive:

The passive is GODLY TIER because of the fact that you get a total of +6KI if you have "Goku" Majin Buu Saga on the rotation that is attacking
in that exact turn. and of course, a total ATK & DEF of 140% if you raise the +4% by collecting a total of 18 orbs. 
10/10

And it has an active skill 

Ah, I just love how easy it is to get the active skill in but sometimes it will probably be difficult if you don't have the right rotation in haha but a tip will be much easier if you have double PHY LR Vegeta(angel) Lead lol.
Rate: 8/10

Onto Link Skill:

Link skills I will say is definitely not bad like in all seriousness if you look closely the only hindrance of a link skill will probably be 
"Royal Lineage" but even saying that it's not that hard of a link to get.
Rate: 10/10

Onto Categories:

 Categories are not bad only Questionmark is on Super Saiyan 2 it just looks a bit odd but it definitely makes sense he does go SSJ2.
this unit will go great with Vegeta Family, Majin Buu Saga, Pure Saiyans. you will definitely have fun running it on a Pure Saiyan just
Saiyan(get it cause..) sorry I will try better. I know it's too much to ask but damn would I have liked it if it was a Final Trump Card
