Q: Should Gilgamesh be called an Archer?

Hello viewers! 

Today's topic is about Gilgamesh from Fate Zero.

Here is a brief introduction of the character:

- Name: Gilgamesh
- Servant
- Ability: Summon weapons and powerful attacks

So here is the question: 

Should Gilgamesh be called an Archer?

From the fate series anime fate/stay night and fate/zero, there are 2 archer classes characters: Gilgamesh and archer.
Although archer mostly use swords as his weapon, he used bow and arrow sometimes.

However, on the other hand, Gilgamesh never use bow and arrow.

Even when he summons a ton of weapons, we can't find a bow or an arrow among them.

And the most used weapon is this:

This does not look like an arrow or a bow. It is more like a sword.

From the card of FGO, we clearly see that the official understand that an archer use bow and arrow. So why do they decided Gilgamesh is an archer?

In my opnion, there is 3 reasons. 
1. Gilgamesh can summon and shoot his weapons to make long range attacks even if he is not using a bow.

2. He needs to cross his ands and looks arrogant and superb so he cannot hold a bow.

3. They official actually have a protoype of Gilgamesh that shows his weapon is actually a bow.

So if the finalized Gilgamesh is not using a bow, should he still be called an archer? Or should he be in another class?
