Q: How Does Yukako Look Like In Other Non- Stand Users' Eyes?

- Ability: Hair stand, control hair

So here is the question: 

How does Yukako look like in other non- stand users' eyes?

From the previous part of JOJO, we know 3 basic principles of the Stands.
1. Only stand users can see others' stand.
2. Only stands can harm other stands.
3. Damages on stands will directly reflect on stand users.

As we all know, Yukako's stand is her hair. So based on the 1st principle of stands, do other people see her bold?

And before you argue that it is just a stand on her normal hair, remember when she fought Koichi and lose.

Her hair turns white, just like it lost all stamina. 
If it's a stand on her normal hair, then when she lost her hair should just lose the ability to move instead of turning white.

Also, here is another minor question:
How does she get her haircut if her hair is a stand? Normal hairstylists won't be able to cut it!
