Ramshackle dorm's origins

I needed to share this with someone else and of course, listen opinions. This theory is about Ramshackle dorm and it's origins.

When Crowley assigned us the Ramshackle dorm we learned some things:

1) The dorm was abandoned.

2) It was full of ghosts.

At the beginning is easy to think the dorm was abandoned because of an infestation of spirits but then they say something important according to the translation: they used to be students from Ramshackle dorm 90 years ago.

Then, in chapter two Grim wants to play magift and the ghosts kindly help him, according to the translation they said "we used to be student here. We played magift so you can play with us".

And you can say WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT? Well, my theory is that those ghosts are spirits from human students just like MC. 90 years ago human students were common in NRC and they were assigned to Ramshackle dorm for the nature of their hearts by the magic mirror (I'll come back here soon)

Fine, does it make sense? No? I'm going to explain further my point, first something short: chapter 3, winter holidays. The ghosts explain they have the option to visit their families in the other side, I don't think they're talking about a ghosts world BUT THE HUMAN WORLD. Visit their families is the same for them to go, take a look and spend some time with their relatives even if the ghosts are already dead (obviously ) then they comeback to Twisted Wonderland, the place where they can still have a peaceful existence or even... Kind of an active life.

Fine, with that information I'll go again with the human students. I already explained why I think those ghosts are humans, but the missing part is "why a human could study at NRC is they have not powers?" HA, I HAVE THE PERFECT EXPLANATION. Do you remember the prologue? Do you remember our dear Crowley saying something like "MC is a monster/beast tamer?" I believe THIS IS NOT A JOKE FROM HIM, nope, actually he was quite serious when he said that and this is important because is that's true...

It's really possible that human students in the past (even without magic) were able to study at NRC because they were beast tamers, that's the shape of their heart, that's why the mirror brought them to the college. But something happened, and 90 years ago the Ramshackle dorm was abandoned and the monster tamers were erased from the history of the college. It's possible the ghosts in the dorm were not only the first players of magift but also one of the first generations of humans with that ability.

I don't want to make this post longer, so I'll cut here and I'll post a second part more related to the racoon Grim. I hope my theory is clear enough! So what do you think about it?
