main char : dark elements. 
rest other party member : if possible add more light unit, other elements are fine, but avoid other "dark" elements units

team 2 :  multi elements sample team :

based wiki famitsu :  build based strongest char each class i own, put at 1 team. bit note they actually have their own motive, that why i add them at party.
