Help connecting to the game

I really love this game but it won't let me connect. the game only loads up to around 98% and stops.

edit: Ok, I got into the game. Here's what I did:

I went to: https://www.vpngate.net/en/ and tested the Japanese VPNs with "L2TP/IPsec" until I was able to get through. There's a tutorial on the website as well on how to do it. You just have to click the "
L2TP/IPsec Connect guide" link. it's actually really easy once you get the hang of it.
