(GLOBAL) Kefla!!! banners, events, etc

Dear #GlobalDokkan players today we will discuss the upcoming Kefla banner, and talking about a should you summon.

Short answer: NOT Really but If you are tempted please go ahead I would too lol but I will discuss why you shouldn't at the end just skip to the end 
if you are only interested in that.

This will most likely be a 1 part celebration for Global because if it is 2 part then there isn't really that much of a gap from the end of the 5th anniversary and the start of 350 million downloads.

Here we have the Dokkan Festival banner for the Kefla as well as a new Vados!

Then we have the new Dokkan Event for the transforming Kefla

Now let's talk about the main hype unit shall we

This is Kefla's leader skill:

It is an amazing leader skill it is similar to Assassin's Ultimate Technique
Hit TEQ, I would rate both 10/10 the main reason is that everything gets a solid 170% or 150% which makes a true broken and op category leader.

This is Hit's leader skill:

Now for the Super Atk:

The Super Atk is pretty good it raises ATK deals immense damage to enemy and lowers defense. solid 7/10(just remember this doesn't necessarily mean bad anything above 5 is considered decent, good, solid, or op/broken) and they all work.

Then we have the passive skill:

The passive skill is just insane +100% for DEF and ATK when performing a Super Attack, and an additional +50% Atk and high chance of evading enemy's attack (Including Super Attack) with 6 or more Ki Spheres obtained that's pretty godly. 9/10 very very good.

Let's take a look at the link skills and the categories:

 These categories and links are pretty good this would go well with LR K&C and other units. what's shocking is that it's a final trump card it's not gonna play that good with a final trump card team based on links but you got your Fused Fighter, Saiyan Warrior Race, Fierce Battle you can play around with the team maybe it can prove me wrong. would say 8/10 definitely good with the perfect team.

Here we have the transforming conditions:

It's pretty easy definitely rate it 10/10 it's at least not Lr INT Cell am I right lol(seriously though wth is with that condition)

Kefla's super atk (Super Saiyan):
A slight difference from base form instead of just lowering DEF it GREATLY lowers DEF. again 7/10 not really that much of a change there.

Passive skill for Kefla Super Saiyan:
Now, this is just crazy instead of 100% for DEF and 100% for ATK it's now 150% for both which is just a really good buff. now this time the
rate is 10/10 this is what we like to see in a unit this kind of passive at this point it just became godly.

Then we have another transformation and its conditions:
Not the best and not the worst either it won't be such a struggle if you have a good team this transform condition however the rate will change to
7/10 you probably understand why but you might never know if you can really be at 60% or more health down the line, for example, SBR or DBR.

Kefla Super Saiyan 2 Super ATK:
This time instead of greatly lowering DEF, it MASSIVELY lowers DEF, that's op, I will change the rating to 8/10 just because it says massively.

Kefla Super Saiyan 2 passive skill:
This unit is just broken at this point it not only gives 160% for DEF and 160% for ATK, it also gives Ki +2 that's broken. as said previously godly tier passive 10/10.

Finally, we have the active skill for Kefla:
This active skill is not the greatest but it's still pretty good if you have PHY orbs stacked using the active skill will give tons of STR Ki, but that's not all it also makes attacks effective against all types for 1 turn, to activate the active skill the conditions are not that good, but that's I guess fair since the unit is already broken. look I am not gonna say its 8 or anything the rate this time is a 6/10 I am quite aware of what I am saying and I am pretty sure
you are as well so please don't complain. I am not that impressed is what I am saying :< come on dokkan seriously.


Overall Kefla is a great unit, I know it is very tempting to summon on the banner when it releases but I suggest F2P players save every single stone until 350 million downloads this banner is basically a trap to waste your stones and then after that they will release an even more broken unit than Kefla which is definitely gonna be godly, Dokkan always releases a hype character right before a major celebration and makes you waste your stones. 

PS: I have given my warnings of not summoning in the banner BUT() but Kefla is an awesome unit if you are summoning on her banner
ur definitely going to get the most out of your stones I am just giving a warning because I personally believe 350mil downloads is going to be much better is all cheers to whoever is summoning I wish you the best of luck.
