Cash grab alert! 
This looks just like one of those "companion" apps (there's also one of Asuna from SAO, or of the Choujigen Neptune girls), where you just can talk to the girl, dress her up etc. But no actual game, really 
Those get very bland and boring quickly... even charging for this is massively impudent 
Just trying to milk Railgun fans hard, and it doesn't even have the other girls besides Misaka 

Besides, why is this even listed here 
The sole reason for Qooapp's existence is to be able to download apps which you can't download from your local PlayStore, because they're region locked to Japan/China/Korea only 

So telling people to go download it from the PlayStore us just plain... 
99% of Qooapp's users won't be able to download it, because only those who want to get region locked games they can't get from their local PlayStore come here. Those who can get it, have no reason to come here in the first place
