How to Buy Gems, Google region blocked me

So I tried looking for ways to do this but whenever I find one its always 3 to 4 years ago and most threads keeps saying the ways they mentioned does not work, I don't want to reset the game again since I recently Groovyfied 2 characters. Paypal isn't available to me and only my local online wallet works, I'm kinda desperate to try and buy some gems since I'm getting hooked and getting used to playing this. (I'm still quite a newbie I started 3 weeks ago, but I've read stories about them.)
