She was actually introduced a few updates ago in the main story, but now she's going to be a playable agent next update.
I hate to be negative and so far I've liked all the characters the game has brought in. But this one has boring written all over it. Her personality is boring, her outfit is kinda boring and her voice is boring. Hopefully that will change when she comes back next update.
