[SOLVED] New to the game, but it keeps freezing(?) on this screen?

Hi! I'm new to 18TRIP and I can't get the game to load past this screen? 
I have tried resetting my phone, clearing the cache, using the resource repair option, but nothing seems to work.. please help!
UPDATE: My phone is old as balls and I need to get a new phone :(
