bonus energy running out

I'm burning through my cans for t500 in ena5 and i feels like iIwill finished using them all by the 4th day, which would be bad for me. It doesn't helps that i don't have any crystals left bc I spent it all on the gacha. does anyone have tips on how to get more cans? 

Plus, is this pass good for tiering and getting more bonus energy? I'm not really sure about it since I always play the game right before the energy fully replenish so I'm not sure with the increased energy replenishment. Would it be better if I just buy cans directly from the shop?
