not being able to enter mysekai

does anyone else have problem getting into mysekai, like it won't load into the game and always crash or is it only me? because if it's only me then its my potato ass device problem 🥀🥀 but then again, i could enter mysekai on jp just fine so I don't understand why I couldn't do so with twn server
