Kalma Build Guide – Horizon Walker’s First Electric DPS
Kalma is the newest 5-cost DPS in Horizon Walker and the game’s first Electric element character. Her kit focuses on extra actions and guaranteed Weak Point attacks, making her a strong carry when properly supported.
⚡ Core Playstyle
Her main rotation starts with Bolt Chaser, dealing Electric AoE damage, increasing Magic Attack, and granting an extra turn all while guaranteeing Weak Point hits.
Next, Lightning Cascade hits all enemies, applies Volt Marks, and boosts her attacks when teammates hit marked targets.
Once she builds 5 Charge stacks, unleash her ultimate, Raging Thunderstorm, for her highest damage output.
With her Signature Weapon, the AoE expands and enemies with Volt Marks take even more damage.
Her Critical Damage scales with INT, making EX levels an important consideration for maximizing output.
Recommended Stigmata
Best-in-slot: Jester Set — boosts Magic Attack and Skill Damage, with stacking buffs from basic attacks.
Alternative: The Eternal Battle — increases Magic Attack when hitting multiple enemies.
Beginner-friendly: SS Jester Set or Ship of Theseus — easier to farm while still effective.
Sub Stats Priority: Crit Rate > Crit Damage = Magic Attack > Anything else.
🤝 Team & Skills Recommendations
Kalma performs best when paired with healers or tanks to keep her alive and maximize uptime. Focus on leveling her ultimate first, then other skills to maintain strong rotations. Her passives Don't need leveling.
Traits Tip: Remove the Noticeable trait — it increases her aggro and makes her too vulnerable. Focus on traits that boost Electric damage, Crit Rate, and Crit Damage.
