errm, as the game schedule says it will be released in Winter (December - February in Japan) and the game Official page on Twitter also announced that they will try their best to bring the game to everyone within Early 2020. 
If you want any info just follow the game's twitter  main page, don't believe in the false info!
I know everyone is excited for the game but Patience is a virtue! If the game is released early but then come out as low quality it would be meaningless right? *Stare at Disgaea*
