Update not available

On the "installed" page it says the update's arrived, but on the actual game page itself there's only the "Open" button where "Update" usually is! I've lost 3 days of dailies from this now... No amount of flagging it "Not Updated" seems to work... Customer service is a bot that doesn’t have any answers for this problem... I fear I may be forced to redownload it, but what if that logs me out and I can't remember my login details?! The misery! The misery! Woe is me!
