Do differnt BSD tales servers have better gacha odds?

Me being the absolute manic i am have 3 differnt bsd tales accounts. My newest one is on the Qoo Chinese (i think its chinese) server and it feels like the odds are better. I activly have 2 english accounts and i it took me much longer to get my second SSR than on the chinese server. On the Qoo
 server i got 3 SSR (all of which where ones i was going for) my first few days. I dont read chinese so im not sure if the odds are diffent. Are the odds differnt or is that account just blessed? /gen q
