Easy way to beat Local Legend "Construct: Protective Scale" Lv 120.

The location is on North from "Loong's Crest" (Below Cliff).

Easy way to beat that thing is drown it.
There's pool (Northeast) nearby from it. used it to defead that Construct.
Attract it first and keep eyes on it (It'll abandoned/leave us if not close enough and avoid it's attacks) then climb up and steady until it close enough than jump to the pool. It'll following you into the pool and drown.
This trick is hard to apply. Cause, it won't following us to the pool if you aren't close enough. Try this trick over and over time for result.

Defead it will drop 5* Echo and Achievement "Brave Against Jué".

I can't believe it, I was retreat to the pool ( for Healing) this construct was following me and drowning. I was trying many times to beat it but it failure.🥲
