birthday mission

hello 🥲 can anyone help me to explain how to finishing the first and 2nd missions? because when i tried to growth the charas, nothing happen, and when i playing also the same, i never can be able to finishing birthday missions because of this  i don't know who to ask too, thank you before 🥲
