Game Logo, But App refuses to open!

Before you guys asked me if I Updated The app, my phone is updated, did i uninstall and reinstall, I restart my phone, j restarted the app, did i turn off and leave my phone off, Yes, i did everything i could, this is my first time this ever happened and im not sure if its because I've upgraded my phone, my Nokia Android the 2023 model. *Because the other phones were out of my league of purchases and I've saved my own money from being given to my hard work for babysitting!* my last phone was an LG Metro Samsung A3s... (⁠‘⁠◉⁠⌓⁠◉⁠’⁠)

Anybody else having this issue besides me? i really want to played again because of this Madoka collab! Any information would really be useful if I've missed on how to fix this issue... Anybody could report issues of the developers or contact them would be great, because i can't write or speak japanese with this bug.
