Someone once mentioned that only japanese accounts can be linked to Google Play.
But That might not be fully true, because when i started playing I linked my google play account so i could login easily. And it worked.
Now when I have a new device (or like any other device I have-i tried on every one of them, nothing- besides my broken phone where I was able to
 play it) I can't link it, it just frozes.
So if you have any tips for me, I would thank you in advance ! 
(Or someone else who might have an idea)
