How to register an account in this game? i followed the Twitter tutorial for verification on bilibili account but still not able to access. 
Then i noticed this game need Jiuyou account T-T. 
I wanted to play this version because I liked the VA TwT
Please help me :'(

Now i know this game has Bilibili version and Jiuyou version, just have to download bilibili version of this game and login after verifying bilibili game account:D
