Miyako saitou and Ai hoshino
ai was a great mom even if she had a busy schedule, but I also think miyako is a great mom/mother figure as well, I can tell she has been trying her best to be a good mother figure for the twins and that she cares about them alot
(there are probably other anime moms that I thought were amazing characters but I can only remember these two and the one in wolf children which I sadly don't remember the name of q-q)
