Dilemma Solved!

So I completed Book 6 and I am aching to share to anyone who reads this of how I cleared, disclaimer though, this does not mean that this is a MUST to follow but just a guide to help you be guided in clearing Book 6. Your team is of your own choices and this method is something I observed in my gameplay.
With that out of the way, here are my teams:

Tower 1:
Dorm Riddle
BB Azul
Beanfest Jack
Anniv1 Grim
Dorm Ace

I am not so sure about the alternatives, but don't be like me who never had a Healer in this team.
So basically this tower has a DPT or damage per turn, and as what Youtuber PrincessMacarons have mentioned, the DPT varies from character to character (not cards, mind you) which is in permanent value.
The Titan inflicts the first character/s to attack a DPT, which I strongly recommend to use only ONE character at the start.  For this team Jack receives the lowest DPT being 895, followed by Grim at 967, and Ace, Riddle, and Azul sits at at least 1.2k DPT. So I started with either two spells from Grim or Jack-- DON'T use two characters in the first turn as that would inflict damage more than you could heal.

Riddle's Magic 2 should be at Lvl 5 for Duo Magic with Azul, I also have buddy Azul at lvl 5.

For Azul, I also have his M2 at lvl 5 to Duo with Ace. But I only use the Duo Magic if faced with the Cosmic element, so if you have Dorm Azul, it is better to use that instead.

The rest of the cards were just determined for Elemental Advantage or just to reduce damage receive. I did have Ace's M1 at lvl7 as my first Attack SSR before, but I digressed. For Grim, I chose him because of the high Spell level, while Jack has the higher level in my team, though it proved worth because he receives the lowest DPT in my team.
I also have Jack's buddy lvl with Azul at 3 but it would be better if it's at 5.
With my team setting I usually hope for Duo Magics to emerge faster.

You can ask for other players to compare which character receives the LEAST DPT, and I am putting my two cents on Jack.

Summary: T1 just requires a good health.

Tower 2:
Ceremonial Robe Leona
Labcoat Jamil
New Year Deuce
New Year Kalim
Dorm Ruggie

Personally, Tower 2 is the EASIEST tower I've encountered as seen with my builds:

There were barely any Buddy boosts aside from Kalim's buddy lvl with Leona, and lvl 5 with Deuce.
My only Duo Magic was with Kalim while Deuce didn't even get to reach Duo Magic requirements.
I mostly relied on their levels and Kalim's healing spell (which is a healing per turn or HPT) and Duo Magic.

Summary: T2 is very easy.

Tower 3:
Ceremonial Robe Vil
Dorm Epel
Dorm Rook
Dorm Trey
Birthday Cater

I truly TRULY hate this tower. This tower has high defense AND HPT. DPT can be a pain but HPT is even MORE annoying!
You have to have character who have duo magics at elemental advantage (Fire) and good damage, with multiple healers.
It is fairly easier if all your characters are lvl 60 above.
The enemy's HPT is at 2500 hp, it starts in Turn 3 and it stops at Turn 9. Use attack spells at first turn then pair damage and heal turn to turn-- JUST DON'T FORGET TO HEAL.

Ceremonial Robe Vil was the latest addition to my team and that's why he's the least built character. I have his buddy lvl with Rook at lvl5.
I previously used a Max Level Beans Camo Vil (since he has strong spell lvls) and the damage was horrendous! Just use a different card than Beans Camo.

Dorm Rook was my latest SSR and I immediately unlocked his Duo Magic as it matches with Epel. I have his buddylvl with Epel up to lvl7.
For gameplay, if you are certain that it's the Earth Element, immediately pit Rook's Duo Magic against it as Rook is a good damage-dealer.
Rook's Beans Camo is decent but if you have a Rook with access to lvl70, that would be much better.

I have Epel's buddylvl with Rook at lvl6 while Vil's at lvl5, and I also unlocked his Duo Magic to easily pair it with Rook's Duo Magic. It would be preferrable if Epel has high healing spell lvl too.

Trey is easily my most reliable healer in the team. I tend to save his healing spell for when I need to heal 5k+ hp. I have his Duo Magic too and buddylvl with Cater at lvl 7.

I rely on Cater's Cosmic damage more in all of his spells. His spell lvl and card lvl are the only aspects that are built. Any Attack Cater card works especially with his Duo Magic being fire element.

Summary: T3 needs a healer and good damager. 2-3 Duo Magic with elemental advantage can save you the headache.
