Getting an restarted acc back

Hi everyone, in case anyone is wondering on how to retrieve their account back especially if you're using a phone number to log in on CNstars!! I just have the right explanation for you, to help get it back without losing your acc and restarting all of your progress again!

Okay so, first of all

Question: How does your account get restarted/return to 0 progress/beginner?: basically, this usually happens when you uninstalled the game, delete it's data or accidentally logged out of your account for a long period of time. Ex : 1 day or 1 week(any).

Question: What if I still have the game installed and didn't delete any data and I wasn't able to log in for ex:a day, will I still be able to log in to my account? : Yes, of course as long as you still have it installed, this usually happens when you accidentally logged out, uninstalled, or cleared the game's data. As long as you notice your acc didn't get restarted, by restarted I mean when it shows you the beginner(Trickstar) on screen. Then it's fine to log it in after ex: a day.

Okay so moving on to how to fix the problem at hand.

If your acc on CNstars!! Did get restarted back to 0 progress, here's an explanation on how to retrieve it back without restarting your progress again:

When you first log in your acc on CNstars and this shows up it already means that your acc got restarted back to 0 progress.

If this happens just quickly exit the app and DON'T do the beginner mission again as it will overwrite your previous saved data of your acc and you will never get it back by then, remove it from your recent apps and open it again. After opening it just follow these steps below on how to log it out. (You can skip this if you already know how to log out)

And wait for it to load.

After that, try logging in to your account again by using your phone number. Make sure to double check it.

Try and try repeating this process until you can finally log in on your acc. I swear, this happened to me more than once and I'm still able to log in to my account. And yeah, I do panic sometimes if this happens but it still works and I can still open it until now.

So basically the process of getting your acc back is literally Restarting the app>Logout of your acc>Login to your acc again until the game let's you open it without showing the beginner(Trickstar) on screen.
