rate ups

honestly I cant tell if I'm just unlucky but while getting a 5 star unit isn't really that difficult in comparison to other gachas where they seem so rare...the rate ups of this game feel so bogus. I swear on 2 banners now, I could roll maybe 4 or 5 five stars and none of them would be the rate up character. And you'd need to roll 20 multis to just buy them with their limited gacha residue currency
