Hello, guys, I have discovered a way to unblock the ban. The first step is to create a new Google Play account for you, then delete the Google Play application data, change the mobile language and time to Japan, and then use (VPN Shuttle regn JP) 

After that, you enter the new Google Play account, then the store will roam to a Japanese region, download the game from it until the internal download ends, and then the ban will be lifted ues only (vpn shuttle regn JP)
