Did you know Japanese people say autumn is the season for reading books, exercising, and eating? “食欲の秋” ,  which means autumn appetite is one of the most famous old Japanese saying. 

It actually is a scientific fact because people usually lose their appetite in the summer because of the heat. After the lethargy of summer, people start to get their appetite back in the cooler months.

But in anime, there are some characters that  put everything in their month regardless of the season, some of them gain weight, but some of them don’t, I wish they can teach me how to stay thin!
