issues with co-op live

Anyone experiencing white screen when playing co-op live? it's been like this since the recent maintenance. already updated it. I've try uninstall and reinstall but the problem continue. Even put the MV in lite mode but the problem persist. I'm using vivo Y93. is it because my phone isn't compatible?
