About Shirley stackable buff

We all know shirley passive skill have 24sec stackable atk buff for all allies with 8sec cooldown, but as you see on Manling and Clara only have 3 stack atk buff, even shirley herself does not gain atk buff

Main stage have 90 sec duration, and I have run for 79sec, all allies must be have 9 stack (lily excludes because she take advance removal from Aria)

Haruka and Mu&Ye atk stacking works well but would you mind to fix that icon buff? it looks like Decrease DMG buff, thank you
