I did it and Bloomed Hiyori! My 2nd fastest Bloom! But uh... he's incomplete cause I no have his MV outfit and his SPP yet.

Still farming for those idol gems which is a painnnnnnnnnnnnn. Especially when putting them on Solo doesn't guarantee you get their gems or anything like that. The x3 multiplier for drops isn't that much help with me so far so I have to wait for my BP to refill again ugh [憋屈]
