Vague Law
most of EULA/ToS I read has some vague law, often on the last paragraph. it usually says something along with "... and any act that we deem inappropriate/violates our terms". but since it's some digital service that usually write this, I don't have further question. But if it's constitutional law, they shouldn't have this kind of sentence. this is practically a wild card to imprisoned anyone you don't like.
anyway, that's not what I want to ask. I wonder if, without that vague law, I could post on QooApp something unsettling, yet not unpermitted.
