Accepting BGHS acc GA

How sad. Contacting for some days to colopl, hoping to recover account and see see BGHS waifuu again  but haven't solved yet. They remain asking me about my follower and my ID that makes me sad. How can I know what kanji they use as nickname, how to spell it, and so on.

Providing last used device,  birth date, obtained char and costume, seems doesnt enough :(

I dunno how again. I'm hoping here, maybe yuusha see this post and give one of their account that have BGHS character, especially Sadone char and other long hair one.
