21M Download Campaign Should You Roll?

As usual, this is just my 2 cents on each servant. Whether or not you choose to roll regardless of my opinion is up to you. Do note that I will only be discussing the LIMITED servants for this event and not the General Pool or Story Locked Servants.

1. Qin Shi Huang

Qin is a Support Arts Ruler. Qin's kit is similar to Holmes's but more effective at dealing massive burst Crit Damage. He is a fairly self sufficient servant with his heals, debuff clears, strong ATK Buff and 50% NP Battery all helping him maintain pressure on the field. He can also cripple the enemies by decreasing their NP Gauge, Debuffing their DEF and having a Stun chance. The main draw for Qin is his NP which turns him into a 1 turn aTank and absolute Crit Monster. His NP gives himself Invul, Taunt, insane Crit Buffs, a strong ATK Buff and an impressively high C Star Gather Rate Buff. This makes him an NP Looping monster when he has his Arts Cards in your deck. This makes Qin a fantastic solo servant as he can essentially never die so long as he has his NP ready. Overall, he is a fantastic Crit memer and valuable addition to any Master's roster.
